FISTPUMP began as my vision shaped by years of caring for others in high-pressure healthcare settings. Working so closely with people during their most vulnerable moments taught me that strength isn’t just physical, it’s mental, emotional, and deeply tied to our sense of purpose. Over time, I realised that I was on my own quest for purpose too: a desire to create something meaningful that could uplift others the same way I tried to do throughout my clinical career.

A huge part of that journey was discovering how much purpose I found in giving. Supporting patients, supporting colleagues, and seeing how even the smallest acts of care could change someone’s day, that feeling stayed with me. I knew whatever I built next needed to carry that same spirit of contribution and compassion.

That led me to create FISTPUMP: an activewear brand designed not just for performance, but to empower people who want to feel better, live with intention, and be part of something bigger. For me, FISTPUMP is purpose in motion. A way to inspire personal growth, support wellbeing, and give back to charities that truly matter. It is a reminder that impact doesn’t start with grand gestures; it starts with choosing to give, even in simple ways.

Today, that mission is woven into every product we create.

In My Own Words

FISTPUMP’s charity mission began long before the brand ever existed. For me, it started in a hospital bed frightened, exhausted, and unsure what was happening to my own body.

For years I lived with unexplained symptoms: fatigue, pain, bloating, constant nausea, and reactions that kept getting worse. One episode became so severe that I ended up in hospital receiving morphine. That day, I finally learned that gluten intolerance was at the centre of everything.

It was a moment that changed my life.

The confusion, the lack of awareness, and the struggle to find reliable guidance made me realise something important: so many people are quietly suffering the same way I did. That experience didn’t just affect my health, it shaped my purpose.

I knew I wanted to build something that helped people feel stronger, motivated, and supported. But I also wanted to support those facing the challenges I once faced alone. That’s why FISTPUMP proudly donates to Coeliac UK. A charity providing vital information, community, and trusted guidance to individuals and families living with coeliac disease and gluten-related conditions.

And to make sure every donation is handled responsibly, transparently, and exactly as intended, we give through Work for Good, a platform that sends contributions directly to the charity.
