Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as well as Germany, from our trusted warehouse partner in England.
Germany Shipping Conditions
- Free Shipping on orders over €70 (calculated at checkout)
- Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery
- Estimated delivery time: up to 10 days after dispatch
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered. Rates are based on the weight and or dimensions of your order.
We primarily use Royal Mail for deliveries. For heavier or oversized parcels, an alternative courier may be selected to ensure the most efficient service.
Please note: Shipping costs are non refundable.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
We aim to process all orders within 2-5 working days prior to despatch (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 14:00 on Fridays may be processed on Saturday, as our warehouse operates half day hours.
If not processed on Saturday, your order will be handled on Monday.
Once dispatched, your parcel will be shipped using:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days (UK orders)
- Royal Mail DE Standard - Usual delivery time up to 10 days (Germany orders)
Important Information
Some orders may be shipped in two separate parcels at no extra cost.

You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
